The policies and procedures set out in our Integrated Management System have been highly successful in establishing a culture of individual and corporate responsibility within the organisation.
ALS has a zero-injury philosophy for all employees in all locations and firmly believe all injuries are preventable through training, inductions, employee consultation and by encouraging open communication and hazard management activities.
Quality
The policies and procedures of our AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management System govern ALS Industrial operations. The Quality Management System aims to ensure our services meet or exceed customer expectations.
ALS Industrial companies PearlStreet ETRS and PearlStreet Metlabs are certified to AS/NZS 9001-2000 by NCS International Pty Ltd.
Accreditations
ALS Industrial is accredited by The National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) in the fields of non destructive testing, mechanical testing, inspection and chemical analysis. ALS Industrial has NATA accredited laboratories to cover each of our principal locations.
The ALS Industrial service companies; PearlStreet ETRS and PearStreet Metlabs are certified to AS/NZS 9001-2000 by NCS International Pty Ltd. The ALS Industrial strategy is that the entire Divisional quality system will be corporately certified.
