ALS is LME registered as an approved sampler and assayer and has been registered for a number of years.

LME registration

This service is offered via requests from the LME itself, wherein ALS is requested to either act as a sampler or assayer in LME branding projects for particular material types required to meet stringent levels of impurity . Such a service is specifically for high-purity metals such as lead, tin, aluminium and copper. Requests are made to ensure that producers who are using LME branded material are actually meeting production targets and to ensure that sampling and analysis is performed to the standards quoted within LME contracts.
