- Campbell Brothers is established as a small Australia-based chemical company
1952
- The Company is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)
1976
- Australian Laboratory Services (ALS) begins as a small geochemistry laboratory in Brisbane, servicing mineral exploration companies
1981
- Campbell Brothers acquires ALS and launches its goal of becoming the largest, most innovative, global commercial laboratory services
1990
- Following rapid growth and diversification, ALS grows into Asia and South America

- Expands footprint into North America, Africa, and Europe
