New analytical suites to meet EPA Victoria 1828.3 guideline
To align with the inclusion of PFAS in EPA Victoria's Waste Disposal Categories protocol (Publication 1828.3), effective October 8th, 2024, ALS has introduced new testing suites that encompass the required PFAS compounds (PFOS, PFOA and PFHxS).
The reporting limits of detection (LORs) for these compounds meet or exceed EPA Victoria's guidelines. All parameters listed in the suites are NATA accredited.
If you need to test for more than the three PFAS compounds listed in 1828.3, the previous suites are still available and can be requested alongside the PFAS short or full suites.

Should your project require analysis of any compounds included in the 54 PFAS suite, don’t hesitate to discuss requirements with your project manager. To request the 54 PFAS suite, ALS package EP231X-ALL (standard LORs) or EP231X-LL-ALL (low level) should be noted on CoCs and analysis request documents.
