Phoenix, AZ qualification criteria

General qualifications for enrolling in our studies in Phoenix. Individual studies will have further qualifications.


Potential study participants must be in good general health, able to read and understand English, and have a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID. Participants cannot have any autoimmune disorder. Participants cannot be pregnant, nursing or planning a pregnancy.

24-068 Acne Face Study

This is an Acne face study for females and males ages 18-45. 2 visits within 30 days
Compensation $135.00

Requirements:

    • Males and Females ages 18-45
    • Must have at least of two (2) active acne lesions (papules or pustules).
    • Individuals who have acne scars on their face.
    • Individuals who have not participated in any study or currently participating in a facial study involving the same test sites for the past 7 days.

24-076 Face Validation

This is a 2-day back-to-back short visit face study. First visit will be approximately 20min, second visit will be 45min.
Total Compensation $80.00

Requirements:

    • Females age 18-60
    • Cannot be on any current face studies

24-073 Face and Lower Leg

1 week period including a 3-day washout period and 1-day, 10 hours sequester study participation.
Total Compensation $200.00

Requirements:

    • Males and Females age 18-65
    • No face tattoos or piercings 
    • No lower leg tattoos or excessive hair. (Must be willing to shave lower legs 24hours prior to sequester visit if excessive hair is involved).
    • Cannot have participated in any face or lower leg studies in the past 14days.

24-061 Hair

This is a 90-day 2 visit Hair study
Total compensation $275.00

Requirements:

    • Males and Females ages 30-70
    • Individuals who have not participated hair/scalp clinical study or for the past 30 days and agree to not concurrently participate in any other hair/scalp study. 
    • Individuals who are not currently using and agree not to use for the duration of the study any other supplements, medications, tools, topicals or treatments for hair loss and thinning, or those that affect hair growth.

Want to start earning money by participating in our studies? It’s easy. Fill out our online application and a recruiter will contact you when you qualify for a study. We test products for skin care, hair care, makeup, sun care, cellulite, anti-aging products, eyelash products, and children’s products. Please note that due to insurance liabilities, children are not permitted in the office.

Referrals are greatly appreciated. For each individual you refer who completes a study, you will receive a $25.00 referral bonus. Individuals must be new to ALS and not currently in our database. Referral forms are available at the main office and must be completed by both parties and handed in on the first day of the study. The referred individual must register, be recruited and enrolled, and complete their study for you to receive the referral bonus.
